Esoteric Massage is a healing therapy in which gentle massage can be used to support the body to release ingrained energetic and physical disharmony or dysfunction. Esoteric Massage may work on supporting the restoration of the right flow of energy in and through the body to enable it to return to its natural and unhindered way of physical movement and expression.
Esoteric Massage is a highly beneficial modality. The massage itself is very deeply stilling and relaxing, allowing the body to truly let go.
The benefits of Esoteric Massage can also extend into improved physical function. Physical function and expression are an important and necessary part of everyday life, and Esoteric Massage will not only look at how we move our body but why we move it that way and therefore, the effect the combination of the two are having on energetic and physical function. This allows Esoteric Massage to seek out the possible original cause for areas such as tension, hardening and the like and support the body in making the correction.
Esoteric Massage is unique in its practice and is a modality of high integrity, not least of which is expressed in the care given to toweling the client during the course of the treatment in full respect of the woman and her body. There is no pain in the sense that there is no deep tissue work nor any pressing or pressure.
